Overview
SheetLink's Agency Tools add-ons give WordPress agencies a centralised command centre for form delivery and professional, client-ready reports.
- Agency Dashboard — monitor submission volume, success rates, and sync health across all managed sites from one screen.
- Branded Reports — generate white-labelled HTML reports you can download and share with clients.
License
Agency Tools require an Agency license. See Agency Licensing for activation details.
Agency Dashboard
Monitor All Sites at a Glance
Navigate to SheetLink > Agency Overview. The dashboard displays:
- Total submissions across all connected sites.
- Success rate — percentage of deliveries completed without error.
- Last sync time — when the most recent submission was processed.
- Active rules per site — quick view of configured sync rules.
On a WordPress Multisite network, the dashboard automatically aggregates data from every subsite.
Branded Reports
Generate Client-Ready Reports
- Go to SheetLink > Reports.
- Configure your branding: agency name, logo URL, accent colour, and footer text.
- Select a date range for the report.
- Click Generate. The report downloads as a self-contained HTML file you can email or share with clients.
Report Contents
Each generated report includes the following sections:
- Total submissions for the selected period.
- Success / failure breakdown with percentages.
- Top forms by volume — ranked table of the busiest forms.
- Daily submission timeline chart — visual line chart of submissions per day.
- Delivery health summary — retry counts, average delivery latency, and error breakdown.
Reports are fully self-contained HTML — no external dependencies, so they render correctly when opened offline.
Multi-Site Setup
SheetLink works with WordPress Multisite networks out of the box:
- Network-activate the SheetLink plugin from the Network Admin > Plugins screen.
- Each subsite gets its own sync rules, delivery log, and settings.
- The Agency Dashboard on the main site aggregates data from all network subsites automatically.
- Branded reports can be generated for individual subsites or the entire network.
For single-site WordPress installations, the Agency Dashboard shows data for that site only. See Getting Started for basic setup.
