What does "lifetime" mean exactly?
You pay once and get a permanent license for the number of sites in your tier. The license never expires and there are no renewal fees. You also get 1 year of plugin updates and support included; after that, updates are optional at a discounted renewal rate.
Can I upgrade my tier later?
Yes. You can upgrade from Freelancer to Agency or Enterprise at any time. You only pay the difference between the two tiers - your original payment is fully credited.
Are the workflow add-ons required?
No. The core plugin with all 7 form integrations, retry queue, UTM capture, conditional routing, delivery logs, and GDPR tools is included in the lifetime license. Workflow add-ons are available when your needs grow - they cover advanced capabilities like CRM routing, AI scoring, and agency management.
Do you offer refunds?
If SheetLink does not work for your use case, contact support and we will work with you to resolve the issue or discuss a refund on a case-by-case basis.
