How do the paid features arrive - is there a hidden unlock in the free plugin?
No. The free plugin on WordPress.org contains no locked features at all. Paid features ship in SheetLink Pro, a separate plugin you download from this site and install next to the free one. What does "3 activated sites" mean - is Free limited by site count?
No. The free plugin runs on as many sites as you like, forever. The activation count on Pro and Agency is the number of sites where the premium features are switched on with your license key. You can move activations between sites from the customer portal at any time.
How is Multi-Destination Routing different from the conditional routing in Free?
Free routes each submission to one destination based on rules - form ID or field values decide which sheet or tab it lands in. Multi-Destination Routing fans a single submission out to several destinations at once, with priority ordering and fallback webhooks if a destination is down. Free picks a lane; Pro delivers to the whole set.
What counts as an AI-processed submission?
One distinct form submission run through AI Lead Scoring, counted once - re-scores, retries, and the analytics that summarize already-scored submissions do not consume additional units. The AI Pack includes 1,500 AI-processed submissions per month across your whole account; past the cap, processing pauses and you can contact us to raise it.
Where does the AI processing happen?
Submission content is processed by OpenAI's models via the OpenRouter API gateway (routing pinned to OpenAI), with Google's Gemini API as an automatic failover - all three are listed as sub-processors in our privacy policy, and none of them train on your data. With BYOK on AI Analytics, processing runs on your own OpenAI or Gemini key instead. The core delivery pipeline never involves an AI provider.
Is the AI Pack limited by site count?
No. The AI Pack works across all your sites - the 1,500 submissions/month meter is the only limit.
