What SheetLink Forms does, in one page

SheetLink Forms is a WordPress plugin that delivers form submissions straight from your own server to a spreadsheet or database. It listens to 12 form builders(Elementor Pro, Contact Form 7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Fluent Forms, Formidable, Ninja Forms, Forminator, Everest Forms, Beaver Builder, Divi, WS Form), plus five more with Pro (JetFormBuilder, Bricks, MetForm, Kali Forms, HappyForms), and it needs no Zapier, Make, or per-submission fee anywhere in the path.

Where submissions can go

Google Sheets is the primary destination: connect in one click with the least-privilege drive.file scope, or run your own Apps Script receiver if you prefer no OAuth. Excel Online,Airtable, and Notion can mirror every row for free, or serve as a rule's sole destination with SheetLink Plus. Pro addsMulti-Destination Routing to webhooks, Slack, and email, and Multi-CRM Routing to HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, Zoho, Mailchimp and ActiveCampaign.

How setup works

Install the free plugin from WordPress.org, run the setup wizard to connect Google, and pick a form. On Google Sheets the first submission seeds the header row from the form's own fields, so there are no column names to type. Paid features ship inSheetLink Pro, a separate plugin activated with yourlicence key.

What every plan includes

A retry queue with exponential backoff and a per-attempt delivery log, so a failed write is queued rather than lost; conditional routing with 8 operators; UTM and click-ID capture (gclid, wbraid, gbraid, fbclid, msclkid); GDPR tools with a consent log; and a formula-injection guard on every cell. When something does go wrong, troubleshooting covers delivery debugging and the Google and Microsoft error messages you are most likely to meet.
