Only for Excel-only setups. Mirroring every Formidable entry into Excel Online alongside Google Sheets is included free with the core plugin. Primary Destinations, part of the AI Pack ($29/mo or $290/yr), is needed only when Excel is your sole destination with no Google Sheet involved.
Is this a CSV export?
No. Entries are written directly into a live Excel Online workbook on OneDrive via Microsoft Graph, in real time. Formidable's own CSV export still exists for snapshots, but SheetLinkWP keeps a working workbook continuously up to date.
Does it work with Microsoft 365 Business?
Yes. Connect with any Microsoft 365 work or school account only. Personal Outlook.com accounts are not supported by Microsoft's Excel API. The workbook opens identically in Excel desktop, web, and mobile.
How are repeater fields written to Excel?
You choose per rule: flatten each repeater into a comma-delimited cell, or expand to one Excel row per repeater entry with the parent fields repeated - whichever suits your table design.
Are calculated field values sent to Excel?
