SheetLink Pricing, Simplified: A Free Core and Three Tiers

Thirteen SKUs and twenty-six price points are now a free core plugin and three tiers. Nothing you already bought changes. Here is the whole story, including the parts that are usually left out of pricing announcements.

Three pricing cards - Free at $0, Pro at $79 per year or $199 lifetime, Agency at $199 per year or $499 lifetime - with an AI Pack strip at $29 per month beneath them.

What changed, in one paragraph

SheetLink Forms now has exactly four things you can have: a free core plugin that carries the complete delivery pipeline on unlimited sites, a Pro tier at $79/year or $199 lifetime with premium features active on 3 sites, an Agency tier at $199/year or $499 lifetime with 25 activations and the white-label suite, and the AI Pack at $29/month or $290/year, which carries all four managed AI services across every site you run. That replaces a catalog that had grown to thirteen SKUs across twenty-six price points: three lifetime core tiers, nine standalone monthly add-ons, two bundles, and three lifetime add-on unlocks. Checkout has moved to Freemius, which now handles payment and license delivery. Every license and add-on sold under the old catalog keeps working exactly as purchased, permanently.

What did not change: the free core is the free core, forever

The promise printed in the plugin's WordPress.org listing has not moved: there are no feature gates on the core delivery pipeline. All 12 supported form builders, unlimited submissions, unlimited sites, the one-click Google Sheets connection, the retry queue, delivery logs, UTM and click-ID capture, conditional routing, GDPR tools, and the free Excel, Airtable, and Notion mirror modes - all of it stays in the free plugin, and none of it moved behind a paywall in this change. Simplifying the paid catalog would have been easy to do by quietly shrinking Free. We did not, and we are writing it here so you can hold us to it: the paid tiers add capabilities on top of Free. They never take anything out of it.

The three tiers, and what each one actually contains

Pro - $79/year or $199 lifetime, premium features active on 3 sites. Pro contains the four capabilities that were previously scattered across separate monthly add-ons: Two-Way Sync (edits in your sheet flow back into WordPress), WooCommerce Sync (orders, customers, and events delivered like form submissions), five extra form builders (JetFormBuilder, Bricks, MetForm, Kali Forms, and HappyForms, on top of the twelve in Free), and Multi-Destination Routing, which fans a single submission out to several destinations with priority ordering and fallback webhooks. That last one is different from the conditional routing in Free: Free picks which single destination a submission lands in; Multi-Destination Routing delivers to the whole set.

Agency - $199/year or $499 lifetime, premium features active on 25 sites. Everything in Pro, plus the agency suite: White-Label (your brand in every client dashboard), Branded Reports, the Agency Dashboard fleet view, and Role-Based Menu Visibility. If you run more than 25 client sites, contact us and we will size a license to your fleet.

AI Pack - $29/month or $290/year, all your sites. The four managed services in one subscription: AI Lead Scoring, AI Analytics, Multi-CRM Routing, and Primary Destinations (Excel Online, Airtable, or Notion as a rule's sole destination). The AI Pack is deliberately not limited by site count. It has exactly one limit: 1,500 AI-processed submissions per month across your whole account. A note on the word 'activated': the site counts on Pro and Agency are activation counts for the premium features, not site limits. The free plugin runs on as many sites as you like, always.

Why we did this (the honest version)

Most pricing announcements claim the new pricing 'better reflects the value customers receive.' Here is the actual reason: the old catalog was hard to understand and hard to maintain, and both problems were ours, not yours. Thirteen SKUs meant a buyer had to assemble their own bundle from a core license plus a menu of monthly add-ons, and the honest answer to 'what should I buy?' required a flowchart. It also meant twenty-six price points to keep consistent across the pricing page, the checkout, the license server, and every page that mentioned a number - and keeping that many numbers honest is exactly the kind of maintenance that eventually fails somewhere quietly. The market standard for WordPress plugins is two or three all-features tiers split by site count, annual-first, with lifetime as a toggle on the same card. That is what we moved to. We priced lifetime at roughly 2.5x annual, which means it pays for itself in the third year - and annual renews at the listed price. There is no first-year teaser discount that jumps at renewal.

Already bought something? Nothing changes. Actually nothing.

Every license, add-on subscription, and lifetime unlock sold under the previous catalog keeps working exactly as purchased: same features, same entitlements, same activation flow, same license key, permanently. Nothing is migrated, nothing is repriced, and nothing needs re-activating. Your existing add-on subscriptions continue billing as before and can be canceled from the account portal at any time, exactly as before. The refund terms you bought under also travel with your purchase: purchases made under the previous 30-day money-back guarantee keep their 30 days. New purchases from today carry a 14-day money-back guarantee - full refund, no questions asked, on annual, lifetime, and the AI Pack alike.

Checkout has moved to Freemius - what that looks like

New purchases go through Freemius, a checkout and licensing platform used across the WordPress plugin ecosystem, acting as the merchant of record. What you will see: you buy on the pricing page, your license key arrives by email within minutes, and you paste it into the same license screen in the plugin that has always been there. The plugin itself did not change how activation works, and it still installs from WordPress.org exactly as before. Existing keys issued under the old system keep validating against the same licensing service they always have - the two systems run side by side, and no existing customer is asked to do anything.

The AI Pack, including where your data goes

The AI Pack is the one subscription in the catalog, because it is the one product with real per-use costs on our side. It meters on a single number: 1,500 AI-processed submissions per month, counted across your whole account. One distinct form submission scored once counts as one - re-scores, retries, and the analytics that summarize already-scored submissions do not consume additional units. Past the cap, AI processing pauses until the next month, or you can contact us to raise it. Delivery to your spreadsheet never depends on the AI: if the cap is hit, submissions keep flowing to your sheet and only the scoring pauses.

Where the processing happens is printed on the pricing page and in our privacy policy, not buried: submission content is processed by OpenAI's models via the OpenRouter API gateway (routing pinned to OpenAI), with Google's Gemini API as an automatic failover, all three listed as sub-processors in our privacy policy, and none of them train on your data. If your compliance posture does not allow a shared subprocessor at all, BYOK mode routes AI Analytics through your own OpenAI or Gemini API key instead, under your own provider agreement. The core delivery pipeline never involves an AI provider either way.

One rename you will notice

The add-on previously called Multi-Node Routing is now Multi-Destination Routing, in the plugin (as of version 1.14.8) and everywhere on this site. Same feature, same settings, nothing to reconfigure - the new name simply says what it does. We renamed it because sitting next to Free's 'conditional routing' on a pricing card, 'Advanced Routing' or 'Multi-Node Routing' read like the same thing sold twice. It is not: conditional routing picks a lane, Multi-Destination Routing delivers to several destinations at once with priority order and fallbacks, and the name should carry that difference without a footnote.

What this means going forward

The catalog you see today is the catalog: Free, Pro, Agency, AI Pack. The pricing page, the checkout, the documentation, and every comparison page on this site now describe the same four things at the same prices - which was, honestly, half the point of the exercise. If you find a page anywhere on this site that still quotes an old price or an old product name, that is a bug: tell us at support@sheetlinkwp.com and we will fix it the same day. And if you have been waiting to pick a tier until the pricing settled: it has settled. Start with Free - it is the complete pipeline - and add Pro when two-way sync, WooCommerce, or multi-destination routing would save you real time.

Frequently Asked Questions

I bought a license or add-on under the old pricing. What happens to it?

Nothing changes. Every license and add-on sold under previous pricing keeps working exactly as purchased, with the same entitlements, the same activation flow, and the same license key, permanently. Existing add-on subscriptions keep billing as before and can be canceled anytime. The new tiers apply to new purchases only.

Did anything move from the free plugin into a paid tier?

No. The complete core delivery pipeline - 12 form builders, unlimited submissions and sites, one-click Google Sheets connect, retry queue, delivery logs, UTM capture, conditional routing, GDPR tools, and the Excel, Airtable, and Notion mirror modes - stays free. The paid tiers add capabilities on top of Free and never remove anything from it.

Why is the AI Pack a subscription when Pro and Agency have lifetime options?

Because it is the one product with real per-use costs on our side: every scored submission is a metered AI call we pay for monthly. A lifetime price against a perpetual per-use cost is the one pricing shape that can quietly go underwater, and a product priced to fail eventually fails its customers. Pro and Agency are software licenses with no per-use costs, so lifetime is honest there.

What counts as an AI-processed submission?

One distinct form submission run through AI Lead Scoring, counted once. Re-scores, retries, and analytics that summarize already-scored submissions do not consume additional units. The cap is 1,500 per month across your whole account, and past it AI processing pauses - submissions always keep flowing to your sheet.

Is there still a money-back guarantee?

Yes - 14 days on everything, full refund, no questions asked: annual, lifetime, and the AI Pack. Purchases made under the previous 30-day guarantee keep their 30 days, because refund terms travel with the purchase.

What happened to the old add-ons like Two-Way Sync or White-Label?

They became tier contents rather than separate purchases: Two-Way Sync, WooCommerce Sync, the five extra form builders, and Multi-Destination Routing are in Pro; White-Label, Branded Reports, the Agency Dashboard, and Role-Based Menu Visibility are in Agency; AI Lead Scoring, AI Analytics, Multi-CRM Routing, and Primary Destinations are in the AI Pack. Existing standalone add-on subscriptions keep working unchanged.

One free core. Three tiers. Nothing to decode.

Start with the free plugin - it is the complete delivery pipeline. Add Pro, Agency, or the AI Pack when the capabilities would save you real time.
