Integrations Bundle: More Forms, More Destinations
Five additional form builder integrations - JetFormBuilder, Bricks, MetForm, Kali Forms, and HappyForms - plus Airtable and Notion as delivery destinations. Same reliable sync, same field mapping.
Key Benefits
Broader Form Coverage
Beyond the 7 core form plugins, the Integrations Bundle adds JetFormBuilder, Bricks Builder forms, MetForm, Kali Forms, and HappyForms. If your site uses any of these, you are covered.
Alternative Destinations
Send form data to Airtable bases or Notion databases in addition to (or instead of) Google Sheets. Same field mapping interface, same retry protection.
Same Field Mapping
The Integrations Bundle uses the same mapping interface as the core plugin. Select your form, choose your destination, map your fields. No new UI to learn.
Auto-Detection
SheetLink automatically detects which form plugins are installed and shows only the relevant integration options. Install the bundle, and your additional form builders appear in the dropdown.
How It Works
The Integrations Bundle extends SheetLink's form detection layer to recognize five additional form builders. When you activate the bundle, SheetLink scans your installed plugins and adds any detected form builders to the integration dropdown. Each additional form builder uses the same hook-based capture system as the core integrations: form submission is intercepted, fields are mapped according to your configuration, and data is delivered to your chosen destination. For Airtable and Notion destinations, the bundle provides native API connectors with field mapping that matches each platform's data model (Airtable fields, Notion database properties).
Real-World Use Cases
Sites Using Bricks Builder
Bricks Builder includes its own form element. The Integrations Bundle lets you capture Bricks form submissions and route them to Google Sheets, Airtable, or Notion without switching form builders.
Teams Using Airtable
Your team manages data in Airtable instead of Google Sheets. The Integrations Bundle sends form submissions directly to Airtable bases with proper field type mapping - single line text, email, URL, and more.
Notion-Based Workflows
Your project management lives in Notion. Form submissions flow directly into Notion databases as new entries, complete with mapped properties. Build intake workflows without leaving Notion.

Frequently Asked Questions
Which additional form builders are included?
JetFormBuilder, Bricks Builder forms, MetForm, Kali Forms, and HappyForms. These are in addition to the 7 core integrations (Elementor, CF7, Gravity Forms, WPForms, Fluent Forms, Formidable, Ninja Forms).
Can I send to Airtable and Google Sheets at the same time?
Yes. You can configure multiple destinations for the same form. A single submission can go to Google Sheets and an Airtable base simultaneously.
Do Airtable and Notion destinations support all field types?
The bundle maps common field types automatically: text, email, URL, number, date, and multi-select. Complex Airtable field types like linked records require manual configuration.
What if I only need one of the extra form builders?
The Integrations Bundle is a single add-on that includes all 5 additional form builders and both alternative destinations. There is no way to purchase individual integrations separately - but at $19/mo, it is priced accessibly.
