Install SheetLinkWP and Activate Your License
Download SheetLink Forms from WordPress.org or sheetlinkwp.com, activate, then paste your license key on the SheetLink -> License page. The Pro tier ($79/yr or $199 lifetime) unlocks JetFormBuilder support.

Confirm JetFormBuilder appears as a source
From SheetLink Pro 1.0.4 the Extra Integrations feature is on by default, so SheetLink auto-detects JetFormBuilder and adds it as a sync-rule source as soon as Pro is active. If it is missing, go to SheetLink -> Features and switch Extra Integrations on. JetFormBuilder stores fields under the names you set in the block editor, so use those exact names on the left side of the mapping.

Connect Microsoft
Go to SheetLink -> Destinations -> Excel Online and click Connect Excel. Sign in with a Microsoft 365 work or school account. The OAuth handshake runs through SheetLink's hosted broker, so there is no Azure app registration and no client secret on your site, and your refresh token is encrypted at rest.

Under SheetLink -> Sync Rules, add a rule with JetFormBuilder as the source, pick your workbook and table on OneDrive (existing Excel tables are detected automatically), and map each form field to an Excel column.
