LeadOps - the client lead portal for agencies
Give every client a branded inbox for their own leads - to follow up with, qualify, and report on each one - without ever handing over WordPress access.

A guided tour of the client portal: a lead arrives, the reply clock starts, and it moves from New to Won. Click anywhere to explore it yourself.
Good morning, Dana
Every lead has been answered. Nice.
You capture your clients' leads with SheetLink Forms already. But then what? You forward emails, share a spreadsheet, or - worst of all - give the client a WordPress login just so they can see who filled out their form. None of that is built for a client to actually work a lead.
LeadOps is. It is a separate, branded portal where each client sees only their own leads and can work them - assign an owner, add notes, move them through a pipeline, track response time, and report on results - while the WordPress site stays entirely yours. Clients follow up using their own email or phone; LeadOps keeps everyone on the same page about who is handling what.
What Your Clients Get
A workspace built for working leads, not just looking at rows.
A Branded Lead Inbox
Every submission from their site, in one clean inbox under your agency's brand. No wp-admin, no clutter, no third-party logos.
Response-Time Tracking
A live timer on every new lead and a first-response target, so nobody lets a hot lead sit. Speed-to-lead, made visible.
A Simple Pipeline
Move each lead from New to Contacted, Qualified, Won, or Lost. Clear stages a client understands at a glance - no CRM training required.
Full Attribution
Every lead carries its source, campaign, and click IDs (UTM, GCLID, fbclid). Clients see exactly which channel and campaign produced each one.
Team Assignment & Notes
Assign leads to an owner, leave notes, and keep an activity timeline. You and the client can work the same leads without stepping on each other.
Client-Friendly Reports
Leads by source, open pipeline, won revenue, average response time, and conversion - the numbers a client wants, scoped to just their account.
How It Works
It rides on the SheetLink Forms capture you already have. No new plugin on the client site to configure.
Capture in WordPress
SheetLink Forms captures the submission on the site you manage - the same reliable capture you use today.
Sync to LeadOps
Each lead syncs to the client's LeadOps portal in real time, with its fields and full attribution attached.
Client Logs In
Your client opens their branded portal with a one-click magic link - no password, no WordPress account - and starts working leads.
Made for Agencies Whose Clients Never Touch WordPress
If you manage the site and the client just wants their leads, LeadOps is the missing layer.
Lead-Gen & Marketing Agencies
Prove ROI with per-client reports on source, campaign, and won revenue - and give clients a place to act on leads the moment they arrive.
Web Studios & Care Plans
Add a client-facing lead portal to your retainer without opening up WordPress. One more reason the client stays on your plan.
Where Your Lead Data Lives
LeadOps is optional and hosted. Your core delivery stays direct and local-first.
SheetLink Forms core delivery does not change. Your form submissions go straight from WordPress to your own Google Sheet or Excel workbook, without passing through our servers - the same direct, local-first path SheetLinkWP has always used.
LeadOps is a separate, optional hosted service. When an agency turns it on for a site, that site's lead submissions are securely synced to the client portal so the client can see and work them. If you never enable LeadOps, no lead data leaves your direct delivery path - and you can turn LeadOps off at any time without affecting normal SheetLinkWP delivery.
We know agencies answer to their clients on data. LeadOps is pre-launch, and we are building its data handling with agency control in mind - what syncs, how long it is retained, deletion and export, and a data-processing agreement for launch. If you have specific compliance requirements, tell us during early access and we will share the details for your review.
LeadOps FAQs
Do my clients need a WordPress login?
No. That is the whole point. Leads are captured on the WordPress site you manage, but your client works them from LeadOps - a separate, branded portal they reach with a one-click magic link. They never touch wp-admin, and you never hand out a WordPress account.
How do leads get into LeadOps?
They flow in automatically. SheetLink Forms already captures every submission on the sites you manage. LeadOps takes each captured lead and syncs it to the client portal in real time, complete with the form fields and full attribution (UTM source, campaign, and click IDs).
Can my team and the client both work the same leads?
Yes. Each lead has a status, an owner, an activity timeline, and notes. You can assign leads to a specific person, track first-response time against a target, and see reports on sources, pipeline, and won revenue - all scoped to that one client.
How is this different from just sharing a Google Sheet?
A sheet is a list. LeadOps is a workspace: response-time tracking, a simple New to Won pipeline, per-client branding, team assignment, and client-friendly reports. It is built for a client to work and qualify leads, not just look at rows.
Can clients reply to leads from inside LeadOps?
No. LeadOps is where a client sees each lead, assigns an owner, adds notes, and moves it through a pipeline - it is not a messaging inbox. The client follows up using their own email or phone, then marks the lead contacted or qualified. That keeps LeadOps simple and avoids configuring yet another sending tool.
Does using LeadOps send my form data through your servers?
Only if you enable it. SheetLink Forms core delivery stays direct and local-first - your submissions go straight to your own Google Sheet or Excel without passing through us. LeadOps is a separate, optional hosted service; when an agency turns it on for a site, that site's lead submissions are synced to the client portal so the client can see them. Turn LeadOps off and normal delivery is completely unaffected.
When does it launch, and what will it cost?
LeadOps is in final testing now. Pricing will be a simple per-client add-on for agencies on a SheetLinkWP license. Tell us you are interested and we will bring you in early and share pricing before public launch.
